A bright and fruity twist on the classic Bramble Cocktail with rich notes of honey, strawberry, and tangy lemon.

Ruby Ramble

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml Johnnie Walker Black Ruby
  • 5ml Strawberry syrup
  • 15ml Honey water (2:1) 
  • 30ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Strawberry, halved (garnish)
  • 1 Lemon wheel (garnish)

EQUIPMENT

  • 1 Crushed ice
  • 1 Rocks glass

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker including cubed ice.
  2. Hard shake for 10-12 seconds.
  3. Double strain into a tumbler glass, then fill with crushed ice.  
  4. Garnish with a halved strawberry and a lemon wheel.
