A great gin from the Dingle Distillery. This is very well made and has a classic London dry gin character. Distilled in pot stills with a range of botanicals including Rowan Berry, Fuscia, Bog Myrtle, Heather, Chervil and Hawthorn.

Nose Clean and classic on the nose, with lots of bright juniper, piney and warm.

Flavour Crisp floral/mid-note with an almost fruity/jammy character. Hints of blackberry jam, marmalade and chamomile, with a very strong minty note adding a bright freshness and mentholated coolness that encompasses the entire mouth.

Serving Suggestion Best served with large cubes of ice, a wedge of fresh orange and a sprinkling of juniper berries.
